The staff is awesome… the grounds were exceptionally well maintained, my room ( 1bedroom suite ) was flawlessly clean except for 1 small issue…. There was a wet spot on the carpet in front of the closet about 12-14 inches in diameter. The carpet is dark so it was invisible till I stepped on it wearing only socks. INSTANTLY grossed out. Didn’t really smell like pee buttt…… can’t say for sure. Anyways…. I laid some news paper over it & went about enjoying my trip to BEAUTIFUL Santa Maria ! I’ll mention it to management at check out not a deal breaker. But they might want to update the housekeeping staff on carpet inspecting practices. I could see other guests NOT being as laid back about it as I was. WILL I RETURN ? I’m on the fence . I’ve stayed in the past with NO issues so….

The Hotel was very quiet. Nice amenities in the room. Ful fridge, Stove top and microwave. Very nice towels. They have a nice selection of DVDs. at the front desk. DVD players in the room. They do not have a restaurant or a bar. They do have a nice pantry with snack food for purchase. Even though our dog stayed home. It was nice to see they are pet friendly.
